Weekend in DC
Jim and I decided to drive to Washington DC this weekend to attend their annual Home and Garden Show. Of course, there was plenty of time to see some monuments and visit the National Archives. We had a great time walking the Promenade and just enjoying the spring like day in our nations capital. Lots of tree and shrubs were blooming but not the cherry blossoms. We were a couple of weeks too early to see that awesome sight.
I did practice some photography tricks though....fun!

I always love DC, no matter what time of year, but I'm sorry you missed the cherry blossoms.

What a great way to spend Easter weekend. Did you find any good eggs while you were there?
Lovely pictures.
How was the Home & Garden show?
